Both the building and the apartment are very well maintained and look as good as new.

The proximity of the shops is a plus, as it allows you to do your shopping without having to go to a hypermarket, which saves you a lot of time.

The building's location along a secondary road means it's quiet, but not far from the center of Luxembourg.
