This 26 m2 studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a six-apartment building. It comprises :
- A main room
- A balcony accessible from the living room
- A shower room
- A fitted kitchen opening onto the living room

The main room:
An armchair with footrest, a single bed, a table and 4 chairs, a TV cabinet and its flat-screen satellite TV.
This spacious, light-filled room will help you feel immediately at home.
The floor is laminate parquet.
A double-glazed French window with shutter illuminates this room and leads directly onto the balcony, which is equipped with a table and two chairs.
The balcony is located behind the building, in a quiet, unoverlooked area.

The shower room:
Fully tiled, it includes a shower, a washbasin with a 2-drawer vanity unit, a mirror, a towel rail and a wall-hung toilet.

Service:
Weekly cleaning of the apartment is included in the rent, but does not include a change of bed and bathroom linen.
Internet and TV subscription are included.
Six washing machines and tumble dryers are available to avoid dry-cleaning costs.

Agency commission: 1 month's rent + 17% VAT payable by tenant

Very close to everything, you can get to Kirchberg, the city, the train station or the Clôche d'Or quickly by bus or car.
On foot, you're just 20 minutes from the pedestrian zone of downtown Luxembourg.
Shops around the building let you do your shopping or dine in one of the many restaurants.

The studio is tastefully decorated and very well maintained.
The studio has just been completely renovated.
This is a very pleasant concept, as you only need your personal belongings. No administrative formalities are required.
Guests will be delighted.
